The European chest was designed with larger ornaments in mind and stores up to 44 ornaments beautifully and safely while keeping your ornament collection organized. Featuring Two 4" deep removable trays with 16 compartments each, and a 5" deep lower level with 12 compartments for large ornament storage. As with all our storage boxes, dividers are fully adjustable to accommodate your own collection. The large ornament storage box is, of course, acid-free.

European Ornament Box
I have purchased around 20 of these boxes over the years They are great. The customer service has been good. I was surprised the first time Kathy called me. Two cautions for the first time purchaser. One, the outer box and trays are cut to exact measurements. This causes the middle tray to often catch on where the cloth has been glued inside the box when you pull the middle tray up. Angling it out works best but still a bit of a challenge. Two, the blown glass ornaments are heavy and 3 trays make for a pretty heave box. Carry the box with your hands underneath the box not by the handles.

I now own at least 10 boxes for the many trees we put up at Christmas. They organize everything well and boxes are study so no breakage so far.
